Essential Information for ICOBTE & ICHMET 2025 Participation


1. Accommodation
ICOBTE & ICHMET 2025 has partnered with a total of 10 official hotels to ensure the convenience and safety of participants.
*Special discounted rates are offered exclusively to conference participants.
❗After the designated booking period ends, regular rates will apply.


✔️ Centum Business Hotel will close its reservation period in early August.
✔️ Youth Hostel Arpina is recommended for group and student participants. (Please contact the secretariat for reservations.)
✔️ If you have any inquiries regarding hotels, please send an email directly to the hotel. (When doing so, make sure to CC the organizing secretariat.)
     The secretariat will review your inquiry and assist accordingly.



2. VISA
Please check the VISA section on the official website.
✔️ Many countries are eligible for visa-free entry into Korea. Check your eligibility on the VISA page of the website.
✔️ Nationals of visa-free countries/regions must still obtain K-ETA approval before boarding a flight to Korea.
