    Oral Presentation Guidelines for Speakers

    1. Presentation File Preparation

    • Please bring your presentation file on a USB flash drive.

    • Downloading files from the internet or cloud services on the conference computer will not be possible.

    • The Conference Secretariat will not collect or distribute presentation files in advance. Please do not send your file by e-mail.

    • Presenters are fully responsible for bringing their files to the correct session.

    2. Session Information

    • Check your oral presentation details (topic, date, time, and room) in the conference schedule.

    • Be in the session room during the break before your session starts, or at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time.

    3. Uploading Your File

    • To ensure smooth operation, we recommend uploading your presentation file in advance:

      • Before the Plenary Talk in the morning, or

      • During the lunch break.

    • Files will be stored temporarily on the session room computer and deleted after the conference.

    4. USB Handling

    • Do not leave your USB stick in the session room.

    • Please label your USB stick with your name, so it can be returned if lost.
