Registration Guideline

1. Online Registration

Please complete the online registration form on the website
2. Payment

Payment will be processed through your registered method of payment
3. Confirmation

After we receive your payment and confirm your registration, you will receive a confirmation email which will be automatically sent to your registered e-mail address

If you do not receive the confirmation email within a few minutes of signing up, please check your SPAM folder just in case the confirmation email got delivered there instead of your inbox.
* If so, select the confirmation message and mark it Not Spam, which should allow future messages
to get through.
* If you still cannot find your confirmation email, please contact our secretariat immediately.
The registration fee includes attendance of all forum sessions including opening, morning/afternoon coffee breaks and lunches, plenary session, symposiums, etc.

If you would like to request a refund, please contact our secretariat at icobteichmet25@gmail.com.
Currently, payments can only be made via credit card or bank transfer. Onsite registration is not available.
For cancellations made between 1st April 2025 and 30th June 2025, a 50% refund is possible.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 1st July 2025.
