• We prepared two tour courses exploring Busan. Experience tours focused on history, culture and tourism.
• Tours are open to ICOBTE & ICHMET 2025 paid registrants, with participation granted on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that application may close early depending on availability.
• Please kindly fill out the tour application form (Google Form) provided below and submit it.

Tour Details:

• 20~40 participants (Busan Historic Downtown Course)
• 20~30 participants (East Busan Course)
• Includes tour buses and English-speaking guides

Reservation Period:

• Only online : June 30 - August 8, 2025 (KST)

Policy

• Tours may be canceled if the minimum number of participants (20) is not reached.
• Applying will close early once the maximum number of participants is reached.
• Once the minimum number of participants is met, a payment link will be sent to the email you used when applying.
• Tours will depart on time; please arrive at least 10 minutes early.
• Each participant may apply for only one tour course.
• The tour itinerary is subject to change due to unavoidable circumstances such as weather conditions or safety concerns.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• All cancellations must be made in written and send by email to icobteichmet25@leeconvention.com
• Refund requests are only accepted within 7 days of payment.
• The payment amount includes 10% VAT; in the event of a cancellation, the refund will exclude VAT.
